To begin, simply email us a clear image of the rug that needs repairing or cleaning. We will assess the damage and determine the work required based on the image. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote for the cleaning or repair work needed.
If you’re unable to bring your rug to us and if your business is close to our warehouse, we can arrange collection from your business premises and bring it back after it’s cleaned or repaired.
If you’re far away, you’ll need to pack your rug safely for shipping. We’ll guide you on how to do this. After the work is done, we’ll send the rug back to you through a courier service.
